We had a great experience with this Turo rental. The service was excellent, and the host responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
We had a flat tire during the rental period, but they gave us another car in no time and took care of the tire issue right away. Because of their quick support, we never felt inconvenienced by the flat tire during our trip.
This was the best value for the price, and we would definitely rent again!

Not flexible or responsive to call or text. Remote South pickup once per hour overcrowded bus
We’re truly surprised to see comments about communication because we did not receive any call or message from you during the trip. We always respond quickly when guests reach out.
Regarding the pickup location, that is the designated parking area required by Turo, and unfortunately we are not able to change it.
As for the spare tire, many newer vehicles—including this Kia Forte—come from the manufacturer without a spare, and instead include a tire repair kit.
