The car itself was clean, drove well, and met expectations. However, the pickup location listed and confirmed in messages was incorrect. The vehicle was not at 1300 S Broadway as stated, but instead at 1414 S Broadway, which caused delays and additional transportation costs. Overall, the experience could have been smoother with clearer pickup instructions.
I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your trip.
