Best experience I’ve had with the TURO car rental process. Communication was 5 star. Paul is a true professional. I had no problems with the car throughout the week. I was confident that if anything went wrong, he would be available with a list of trouble shooting instructions. Great price, great car, great communication.

One of the best Turo experiences I've had! The Hyundai Elantra was spotless, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the rental process easy. Pickup and drop-off were convenient, and the vehicle performed perfectly during my entire trip. Excellent host. Car was in exactly as described condition (his cars are higher mileage, so if you want “like new” condition pay more somewhere else — he is very upfront about this). I encountered a small problem during my trip, hard rains washed a lot of debris on the roads and I ended up with multiple flat tires, which he quickly addressed and had me back on the road with new tires in less than 2.5 hours from time of reporting to leaving the tire shop, which quite frankly was amazing considering tire shops were quoting 4 hours wait time for them to even look at the tires (lots of people had flats after the storm). I think the best thing I could say to praise his service is as follows: After renting a car from him for four weeks, I immediately reserved another of his rentals. Highly recommend and will be referring him to friends and family who are looking to rent a car.

Nikki is hands down the best Turo host I've ever worked with. The type of person that anticipates the questions you will have and answers them before you can even think of them. Nikki was ultra responsive to the few questions I had left, including certain itinerary changes that the app couldn't facilitate properly. The car was amazing, clean, and reasonably priced. I will be renting from Nikki next time I'm in Texas.

I like that it recommends all the different angles when it gets dropped off and when you turn it in, that way the renters doesn't get dinged for scratches or whatever. Kinda pricey, but beats NOT requiring a $500 deposit! (I'm looking at you, Enterprise...) Car was in good condition, no noticeable defects or issues. This was my first time using Turo, and Angela was good help. Will definitely use Turo again, car rental companies can get bent.

I had a great experience renting this Tesla. Before I even landed in San Antonio, the owner called and left messages to let me know there was a nail in one of the tires and that he was already getting it repaired. I really appreciated his proactive communication and attention to safety. Pickup was incredibly easy—he met me right outside the airport, and the car was spotless, well-maintained, and very easy to drive. I thoroughly enjoyed driving it during my trip. The return process was just as smooth. He coordinated with me on the drop-off time, and all I had to do was pull up to the departures area at the airport. The entire experience was convenient, stress-free, and professional. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free rental experience.

Hosts were very easy to deal with. Car was ready within a hour due to airline/weather issues. It was clean. The car wasn't in the greatest shape (small dents and scratches, stained seats) but I knew that from the honest listing and good price. Would use again.
