Toyota rental in San Antonio, TX

First time using TURO and by far the best way to rent a car. Appreciate the NO hidden fees, extra deposits, that car rental companies charge. The RAV4 was nice and host is easy to communicate with.

Had a great experience renting Johnny’s 2021 Toyota Sienna for our beach trip! The van was super clean, in excellent condition, and drove great the whole time. It had plenty of room for everyone and all of our beach gear, which made the trip really convenient. Johnny was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the pickup and drop off process quick and hassle free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Johnny is the best host! The Toyota Sienna ran like a charm was large enough for the family and then some. Van was clean and A/C was cold! We came to San Antonio for our daughter's Airforce Graduation. A wonderful prior customer(thank you) of Johnny's had left seat cushions and umbrellas and Johnny made sure to check if we need them. Boy did we ever. Saved us time and money by offering them to us. I would definitely rent from Johnny again. Pickup and delivery of van was simple and straightforward with detailed instructions that he provided. Thank you Johnny for making our San Antonio Trip easy!

Johnny was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us with our late arrival at nearly 2:00 a.m. He also offered to pick up the Prius at the San Antonio airport because we had a very early flight back to California. The car was reliable and perfect for our trip. Johnny provided outstanding service, and I would gladly rent from him again. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting San Antonio as I am here for my brothers BMT graduation. Also my my first time using Turo, and everything went smoothly. The car drove great, and the ice-cold A/C was a huge help in the Texas heat. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly, and the pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again!

This was honestly the best Turo experience I’ve ever had! The car was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Excellent host. Car was in exactly as described condition (his cars are higher mileage, so if you want “like new” condition pay more somewhere else — he is very upfront about this). I encountered a small problem during my trip, hard rains washed a lot of debris on the roads and I ended up with multiple flat tires, which he quickly addressed and had me back on the road with new tires in less than 2.5 hours from time of reporting to leaving the tire shop, which quite frankly was amazing considering tire shops were quoting 4 hours wait time for them to even look at the tires (lots of people had flats after the storm). I think the best thing I could say to praise his service is as follows: After renting a car from him for four weeks, I immediately reserved another of his rentals. Highly recommend and will be referring him to friends and family who are looking to rent a car.
