This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The SUV was exceptional—clean, fresh, spacious, and exactly as described. Brian and Stephanie made the entire process seamless. Their pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the location simple to find. They were both courteous, professional, and responded quickly to all of my questions, which made me feel confident throughout the rental process. From the excellent customer service to the amazing vehicle and great price, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend renting from Brian and Stephanie and would absolutely book with them again!

5++++++ on the clear and kind communication. Very easy to pick up and drop off the car. There are no thrills to this car. It is basic but absolutely easy to drive!!!! The car was super clean. The value was unbeatable. Andres price was very reasonable. I would definately rent this car or any of his cars again.

Car quality great except the car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. Just be aware that you still have to take the shuttle bus at DFW to get over to the car rental place and then walk. I don’t know 300 yards to get to the car. Not great when it’s super hot out otherwise, I like The program

I was a little worried about picking up a car from a airport as I have never done this before, but you guys made everything so easy. The car clean, drive smooth, didn’t have a problem. I’ve rented multiple times from LASpot and will continue in the future. They have lot locations and lot of cars. That being said, I did not read clear instructions messaged early to me. The lot had changed from previous pickups and I should have taken different bus from airport. Totally my fault Turo Reps immediately responded with clear directions again and in very patient, kind manner. I also thought a toll pass meant it was free. I’ll be looking for that monstrous bill in a few weeks :( It was 109 that day and I had three grandkids in tow. My patience may have been little thin. lol I like renting the Rogue, usually my go-to car. (I own a VW Taos) It’s super easy to navigate and comfortable. Carried 5 suitcases, I huge duffel bag and 4 people without any problems. This Nissan did smell of cigarette smoke that didn’t dissipate during the trip. Great trip again. Thanks, TURO!

Fourth time renting from this host. Car is easy to drive, really good on gas. Didn’t smell like smoke which is really important to me. Car was clean but ceiling ended to be wiped down- looks like a beverage sprayed it. Overall good experiences with this host, will continue to rent from them.
