This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The SUV was exceptional—clean, fresh, spacious, and exactly as described. Brian and Stephanie made the entire process seamless. Their pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the location simple to find. They were both courteous, professional, and responded quickly to all of my questions, which made me feel confident throughout the rental process. From the excellent customer service to the amazing vehicle and great price, everything exceeded my expectations. Car quality great except the car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. Just be aware that you still have to take the shuttle bus at DFW to get over to the car rental place and then walk. I don’t know 300 yards to get to the car. Not great when it’s super hot out otherwise, I like The program
