Pickup was a nightmare. They messaged saying they might be 15 mins late to drop off. After over an hour of waiting because “they couldn’t find my car”, I finally got a new one. I was late for my work event and it was extremely embarrassing walking into a big convention an hour late, opening the closed doors to the venue, and having everyone watch me
