Fantastic rental experience. The app was very seamless and comprehensive. The customer care personnel were very responsive..! The rental rates were more affordable compared with other standard rental car companies. I’d rent from Turo in the future as well. I hope Turo offers rewards point system like others.

The car was brand new and in excellent condition. I did however book a Toyota 4 runner because that’s my preference of vehicle. I booked this a month in advance. I was notified the morning of picking up my vehicle, that they changed the car from a 4 runner to a Nissan Pathfinder. Again, nice car, just not what I prefer.
