Absolutely awesome experience! This Nissan Pathfinder exceeded expectations in every way. The SUV was spotless inside and out, smelled fresh, and looked almost brand new. The exterior was stylish and well maintained, and the interior was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The car drove amazingly smooth with excellent handling, strong acceleration, and a very quiet ride on both city roads and highways. The seats were super comfortable even during long drives, and there was plenty of legroom for everyone. The suspension handled bumps really well, making the ride relaxing and enjoyable. I loved all the features this Pathfinder came with — the AC cooled quickly, the sound system was great, Bluetooth connected easily, and the backup camera and safety features made driving very convenient. There was also a lot of cargo space for luggage, shopping bags, and travel essentials, which made it perfect for family trips and vacations. Fuel efficiency was surprisingly good for a large SUV, and the vehicle felt very safe and reliable the entire trip. Everything worked perfectly, and you can tell the owner takes great care of the car. The host was also fantastic — very responsive, professional, and made pickup/drop-off quick and hassle-free. Overall, one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience – highly recommended! I rented Jean’s 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for two weeks, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The car worked perfectly and was the ideal size for our group of five, including two children. It was very clean, in excellent condition, and extremely easy and comfortable to drive. The price was also very fair for the quality of the vehicle and the overall experience. Jean is a fantastic host. He was very helpful with a few questions I had at the beginning of the trip and always replied quickly. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and easy, and communication throughout the rental was excellent. We had absolutely no issues. As an extra gesture, Jean even dropped off a car seat for my nephew at the hotel where we I was staying near Miami, which made a big difference for us and was greatly appreciated. I’m truly grateful, as having this SUV made it possible for my family and me to have an amazing vacation in Florida. I would not hesitate to rent from Jean again in the future. In fact, we’re already planning to come back in a couple of years, and I would love to rent this vehicle again if it’s available. Thank you very much, Jean, for everything!

The Pathfinder was in excellent condition and a great car for our trip. Provided car seats were a huge help. Pickup and drop-off instructions were great too. Price was reasonable. Did have to pay $35 airport parking at pickup because car was dropped off the day before our reservation. However this was disclosed in the terms. Didn’t care for the suggestion that we refill with premium gas (not standard on this vehicle) or that we wash the car if needed (that’s the owners responsibility). Overall it was a very good experience and I would rent again from Chase and his team. They are friendly, professional, and the car was even better than expected.

Overall, we had a great experience renting this 2018 Nissan Pathfinder through Turo. The host’s communication was exceptional from start to finish, and both pickup and drop-off were quick, easy, and hassle-free. The vehicle itself was reliable and got us where we needed to go, but it wasn’t quite in the condition we expected based on the photos. There were Hello Kitty stickers and a “Baby on Board” sticker on the exterior that weren’t shown in the listing and felt a little awkward for our trip. There was also a noticeable smoke smell when we picked up the vehicle. Fortunately, we purchased a couple of air fresheners and were able to resolve the issue. Despite those minor concerns, the excellent customer service and seamless rental process made for a positive overall experience. We’d rent from this host again and appreciate how easy they made the entire process.

Id like to send a heartfelt thank you to Gebo. This was my first time using Turo and I was initially opting for enterprise for car rentals, but made the decision to rent on Turo. The check-in and return process was very straightforward. As a Honda Civic driver, it took some time to adjust to the SUV, but the Nissan pathfinder 2017 was comfortable and amazing to drive in. Me and my friends made unforgettable memories on our first 3-day group trip and had no issues driving in the winter on the highway up north. To rent a car on Turo, you must create a Turo account, have a valid driver’s license, get approved to drive on Turo, and be 18 years old or older in the US, 21 years old or older in Australia, or 23 years old or older in Canada.
In the UK, you must be 21 years old or older and have held a UK or EU license for at least one year, or another driver’s license for at least two years. How does car rental insurance work on Turo?
No, you don’t need personal insurance coverage to rent a car on Turo.
In the US, any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host’s vehicle would kick in before your Turo protection plan. When booking a car in the US, you’ll choose between three protection plans — Premier (eligibility requirements apply), Standard, or Minimum — to get the level of protection that’s right for you. On each trip, you’re covered with third-party automobile liability insurance provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company.*
In New York state, you’ll also choose between Premier (if available), Standard, or Minimum. With each plan, you’re covered with liability insurance of $1,250,000.* Protection plans for New York trips also include access to roadside assistance, priority phone support, and 24/7 customer assistance.

Is there unlimited mileage car rental on Turo?
Some hosts offer unlimited distance for a trip; others set a daily distance limit — you’ll need to check on each rental car individually to see if this service is provided. On the vehicle pages, you’ll see the total miles or kilometres you’re allowed to drive under the heading “Distance included.” You can find cars offering unlimited mileage with every trip by using the “Unlimited distance” filter.
Can other people drive the car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
* Any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host’s vehicle would kick in before your protection plan, except in limited situations for trips booked in Maryland, but this protects your own wallet.
