Pickup and drop off were easy, communication was good, and when a tire/service issues came up, he handled it professionally and offered to cover the repair. This was my first time renting on Turo and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Maha’s Tesla was so nice and fun to drive. I’ve never driven a Tesla before and Maha was on point with all the information I needed to get settled in even before I got to the car. When I got to the car, I did have some issues connecting my phone but Maha’s wife I assumed was there to help me and we realized that I’m stupid and my Bluetooth wasn’t on or something like that lol! Anyway, if you ever want to rent a Tesla and with someone who cares about you as much as they care about their car, you should book with him! Thank you so much! 💞
