Justin was an amazing host, easy to navigate pick up and drop off. Communication was smooth throughout the trip and love the self drive feature on his Tesla!

Overall, the experience was excellent! The car performed very well. The condition of the car was very good, but it did have some minor wear issues.
My only issue was a fee after I turned the car in that I was not expecting. The fee was to top off the charge. I charge the car in a location several miles away and drove it directly to the drop off location and still was charged for additional charging fees plus a convenience fee. This was unexpected and frankly unacceptable.
Again, the overall experience was very, very good and the agent was very helpful and polite.

The car is poorly maintained, with windshield cracks and battery health issues. It takes long time to charge and battery dropped quickly.

Thank you for letting me know, and I’m sorry about your concerns. The windshield damage is a chip rather than a spreading crack, but I understand why it may be concerning.
Regarding the battery, running the air conditioning heavily during hot summer weather can increase energy consumption and make the battery percentage drop faster, which is normal for a Tesla. Charging speed can also vary depending on the charger, battery temperature, and how busy the charging station is.
Our first time in texas and Justin was an amazing host. He responded almost instantly to any questions I had. I will 100% rent again next time we visit Texas. Thanks again Justin.
