Brandon, Whittney, and the FirstBorn fleet were consistently impressive throughout the process. I received all the details and the digital key before arriving at DFW. The rental car shuttle left us about 50 yards from the Turo lot. After a few quick photos of the Tesla, we headed out for some BBQ. The car was spotless, and the full self-driving feature was remarkable. If you have not tried Tesla’s full self-driving, treat yourself to a glimpse of the future where the vehicle handles virtually all the driving. We plan to return in a few months and will certainly choose another vehicle from FBF.

Absolutely amazing host and car was wonderful! The car was perfect, clear and easy instructions on how to drop off and pick up and we loved using the Full Self Driving feature. The host was responsive immediately. Would absolutely recommend!
