I’m a big fan of electric vehicles, and this car exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly enjoyable to drive. I’d definitely rent it again.

Quality of the car was great

Would rent again because the host was very good at communicating over messages.
The only downfall of a new Tesla is the location of chargers. (The charging port is different on the new teslas and the host does not provide “the new adapter”)
Not every Tesla location that is listed on the charging is accurate. I spent close to two hours of my time between two days trying to find a charger.
The host should send a verified list in Dallas of locations that allow their car to charge.
Thankfully, my flight was delayed and I was able to go an extra 20 minutes out of my way after trying to find a charger in downtown Dallas for over 45 minutes. Most of the chargers that are listed are inside apartment complex and it is directly from the GPS of the Tesla.
With that said, I also included the extra pay ahead service of charging so I would not have the stress but was still charged an extra $22 because this car needs “quick charge”
If you are picking up and dropping off at DFW airport, the parking lot is not advertised well. You will have to park the vehicle and then wait for a bus. This location is about 2 miles from the airport itself. Prepare extra time, especially because the buses only run to specific terminals. The delay time of pick up for the buses is close to 25 minutes depending on the time of day.
