The car itself was clean sitting just over 3/4 of a tank of fuel, however, the front tires were completely bald. It was unsafe for anyone to be driving, especially in the weather that we had. And I’m now receiving another additional charge from the owner for some reason I’m unsure.

Once we got the car, it worked great for us, however, the pick up at the airport was painful.
This group that manages these vehicles leave their cars unlocked with the keys inside. When we arrived at the Turo parking lot after our flight, the car was missing, despite assurances that it was there.
It turns out that another Turo customer took the wrong car, so we had to wait in the hot parking lot for two hours until the issue was resolved.
Communication was good, but we were disappointed we weren’t renting from an individual. I highly suggest that this group purchase lockboxes for their fleet of cars, as this system is vulnerable to mishaps such as what we experienced.

The process to pick up the car was very simple and easy to locate. Syed was very nice since we had to change our flight last minute due to weather!
