When we first arrived, the car had a distinct cigarette smell. The host assured us that no one had used the car after it was ozoned, which had been done before our reservation.
Apart from that, I’m giving this rental a perfect 5-star rating. The car was incredibly smooth and reliable, with no issues whatsoever. It comfortably accommodated our family. The host was highly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The drop-off and pickup were incredibly simple and easy to find or leave. I would definitely choose to rent from this company again in the future.

pickup was easy! only had one issue w an engine light but host was v responsive and helpful. car ran smoothly.
Many cars have various types of lights and notifications that can be confusing. The notification you sent and I confirmed was for the "Auto start" not and "Engine" symbol light for check engine. We show in pre and post trip photos taken by us both No check engine light. I wanted to be sure to clarify this as I wouldn't want a negative depiction of our vehicle for future guest to see in review.
