The car was perfect. Immaculate. Enjoyable. But navigating lots at DFW and exceptions to what seem like Turo norms for key drop off, parking lot tickets … made it challenging to enjoy a smooth check-in/check-out process.

We recently rented a Jeep Wrangler though Turo from LA Auto Spot, ans the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, convenient and extremely well organized. The Jeep was in perfect condition , clean, well maintained, exactly as described.
Throughout our trip, customer service was highly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Their communication was prompt, professional, and made the rental process stress free.
One of the best parts of the experience was not having to wait in line for check-in or deal with the delays often associated with the traditional rental car companies. The convenience and efficiency of the process made out trip that much more enjoyable.
Thanks to the excellent service and hassle-free experience, we would gladly use Turo and LA Auto Spot again in the near future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient car rental experience.

The car was wonderful and in great condition. Drove very well and great communication from seller. Only problem was it really smelled like weed from the moment we opened the door and the smell never went away. It was quite disturbing for our younger daughters.
