I had a blast , and the vehicle was everything that I needed, for a great weekend, I didn't have any problems and Phyllis was a complete jewel, would definitely recommend using her services, and I myself will be using her services in the future!!!
Mr.Ellis was Amazing i mean this young man was very professional great communication skills inform me of everything and when he returned the vehicle it looked like I just bought it from the dealership. The car smelled so good and his customer service was Amazing highly recommend him and he can definitely rent from me at anytime.

Host was very unprofessional. She tried filing a false claim
stating that I caused damages that were there prior to renting out this Jeep 0 stars do not recommend!! She tried calling me to report damages more than 24hrs after I returned her vehicle. The address listed is not the correct address and she pops up when you’re picking up the vehicle at the location. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE while using Turo!! I am not pleased.

Brown the address above is what listed you are the only person that has every had a problem with the address or the fact that I was at the location to make sure the vehicle was being picked up by the person renting and you have to complete inspection as well. You left my car in a disaster. The car was very dirty with food, and you cause property damage to the vehicle you agreed to pay, then had a change of mind. Your experience is your experience, but I will not bad mouth you. Good luck
