Shannon was great with communication, and the Tesla was so helpful as it drove us around the city and the Cape. The vehicle was clean and everything worked exactly as described. Pickup at Boston Logan was simple, with clear directions on how to pick up and return the car. FSD is a game changer when going to places you’ve never been before — put in the address, sit back, and let it take you there. You arrive completely relaxed, with zero fatigue. Would absolutely book from Shannon again.
The rental process was the easiest I ever experienced. Convenient location along with well explained details for the pick up of the vehicle. The car itself was good overall condition, clean and well maintained. The return instructions were equally well written. If you ever find yourself in Back Bay needing to rent a vehicle for a short getaway, this is the ideal car/person to rent it from.
Great Turo experience! Elie is a great host and the car was clean and well maintained. My son loved the smaller screen in the back seat to watch YouTube videos. I’d definitely rent this Model 3 again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone considering a Tesla or looking for a reliable rental.

Ryan was an outstanding host! The Tesla Model Y was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. We requested a baby car seat, and it was ready for us, which made traveling with our little one incredibly easy. We used Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) throughout our trip, and it made getting around effortless. The car performed flawlessly and was a pleasure to drive. Ryan also excelled in communication—he was responsive, helpful, and made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend renting from Ryan and would definitely book with him again!
Generally a great rental. Everything from pick up to hand off went smoothly and communication was good. There was a maintenance issue with a broken sun visor which didn't impact our trip (there was evidence of an attempted repair) but could have if we had sunny weather. Tesla owners should know that the car is locked in Chill acceleration mode and speed limited (75 mph) so if your looking for the regular dynamics of a model Y you will not get it. The car is a base level trim with no interior glass roof, no electrically folding mirrors, and no premium connectivity. I would rent the car again.

excellent, host did everything as specified in the instructions. The car was very clean and fantastic. We had never driven a Tesla before, let alone with FSD. Having the FSD massively reduced the stress level of driving around in all kinds of unfamiliar places, and allowed me and my wife to enjoy the drive and scenery much more than normal.
Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!
Car was nice, a decent amount of wear and tear for a vehicle with 12k miles, and smells a bit of marijuana, but not much the owner can do about the clientele that rent the vehicle. Fun car with no issues, easy pick up and drop. Wissam was communicative and helpful always!
This was a wonderful rental. Full self driving worked perfectly. It made the whole experience very easy and painless. The car was in excellent condition . everything worked well pick up and drop off were well orchestrated and very simple .I will definitely rent from them again
Car was clean and wonderful to drive. Biggest issue is that the key kept coming apart, and while we were loading up to go to airport the car locked with the key inside. Even though it was early early morning, the owner was quick to respond and unlock remotely. We had to change our flight, so it would have been nice to be given phone access like we have for other teslas we have rented, but otherwise it was a perfect rental

Great car! Lee was so flexible, communicative and helpful! He even dropped us off to our Airbnb when we were done with the car. He showed us how to work the Tesla & how to find the charging stations.
