Smooth process from pickup to return. Car was in great shape, clean and the FSD was perfect for my trip. Would highly recommend renting this vehicle!

We got this model Y for the FSD and that part was great. Pick up and drop off were both easy and the host was very good with communication.
Our issue was with safety. The car was damaged (had damaged rear bumper and broken tail light) and had a couple safety alerts: the passenger side airbag was malfunctioning, and the rear tire treads were low, with service recommended for both issues.
Unfortunately we got a flat tire during the trip, and when we took it for repair, the tire shop insisted on replacing the tire instead of repairing it, due to an existing “illegal” patch (patched near the tire edge, which can lead to extremely dangerous blowouts).
The safety issues plus the dangerous tire made us so uneasy we ended up returning the car early. The host was gracious about this.
