I would say overall it was a very pleasant experience. The pick up experience left a lot to be desired, which is why I’m leaving four stars. Seems to be a reoccurring review issue that I was reading about from this renter. Overall, though, the car was clean. It worked well. And FSD was included and nice

I really enjoyed the car and had a great experience overall! The Tesla was comfortable, fun to drive, and I had no issues with it during my trip. The host was responsive and helpful, and despite a delay at pickup, he handled the situation well and offered a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, I’m very happy with the car and the service and would definitely rent again!

Overall, good experience. The car was easy to find and the instructions provided were clear to understand. Be sure to confirm the car’s PIN number in the pick up instructions as that held me up for a bit during the pickup process.
