Overall, good experience. The car was easy to find and the instructions provided were clear to understand. Be sure to confirm the car’s PIN number in the pick up instructions as that held me up for a bit during the pickup process.

Self driving was not included initially. It was advertised, which is why I decide to get this car however, after getting inside the vehicle, I realize it’s self driving was not included. I was on the phone with support and the owner for over a day trying to get it resolved, and eventually it was.The car was slightly dirty, the host was very unresponsive and they did not give me the details of where the car was parked when we went to pick it up overall this was a challenging and difficult experience.
