Great hosts with great communication! They were flexible with pickup and drop off location and were right on time for both. The car was clean and nice. I will definitely rent from them again, they made it easier than any large scale car rental by a lot.

Car (Toyota C-HR) was in great shape (with some normal wear from use), clean on pickup, and ran beautifully and safely for the six days of the trip. (Bluetooth on the car is the older style/no CarPlay or Android Auto, but still functioned as expected.) The host was kind and responsive both in messaging and in person - he happened to be there both for pickup and dropoff, and though it was a contactless check-in, he still came over to say hi. Easy experience and good rate for the car, would recommend and would rent again!
Car was as advertised. We wanted a Sienna mini van because that is what I drive at home. Very easy pickup. Would definitely use Turo and Jack again

This was by far one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had! Alberto’s communication before the trip was incredibly helpful, and the car was in pristine condition. He was easy to reach throughout the rental, and when we were running a couple of minutes late returning the car, he was completely understanding. The icing on the cake was that my daughter accidentally left her lovey in the car. Alberto immediately messaged me and even met us at the terminal to return it. That level of kindness and customer service truly went above and beyond. We will absolutely rent from Alberto again in the future!
