Great communication from Esteban regarding our requested car seats, where to find the car, and what was expected for return. The car was so easy to find at short term parking at the airport and helped us kickstart our vacation quickly! The car ran great and had all weather mats so we didn’t have to stress much about sand and dirt, knowing that it would clean up easily for Esteban later. A few days before our trip our vehicle became unavailable due to a safety recall from the car manufacturer, and Esteban immediately notified us and replaced our reservation with another comparable SUV. It was no stress and a little upgrade for us at no extra charge! Overall this was another win for Turo- it makes renting a car so easy and Esteban and his team are so professional and communicative. Will definitely rent from them again in the future,

Wonderful experience and great vehicle… we were moving off island and needed a car a a few days after selling our vehicles on the island… great price, easy check in with a lock box and host allowed us to pickup at easy location and drop off directly at airport. We would book this vehicle again on any future trip!

Pickup and communication was great. We didn't have many issues with the car itself. You can tell it is a car rental, due to many chips, dents, and scratches, but the car itself was clean. We decided on the trip that we weren't a big fan of Honda Pilots, just due to their features, but that had nothing to do with the car itself or rental owner. It was well kept and did its job.
