If you see the automatic review below saying the host cancelled the trip, I want to explain what actually happened. I made a mistake with my booking, and Jin cancelled the reservation so I could get my refund and rebook the car correctly.
She absolutely didn’t have to do that. She could have kept the non-refundable payment and moved on, but instead she went out of her way to help me fix the situation, even though it resulted in the automatic cancellation message below.
That kind of integrity is rare and exactly the type of person I want to do business with.
The car itself was great, everything worked perfectly, and the trip went smoothly. But more importantly, Jin is spectacular and someone I recommend renting from.
