The response rate was ok, however I did have to pay $43 to get out of the parking lot. The host said they would reimburse me for the amount beyond what was quoted. I sent the payment method but didn’t receive the reimbursement yet. I’m sure I will receive it. Although the battery died on our last day, Jin was prompt to send someone to fix the issue and we were on our way within 2 hours. The car drives super nice and overall there are no complaints with the car. Pick up process was easy with clear instructions and in a convenient location. Would rent again. Mahalo
