The turo worked great but the owner requested us to clean the entire car. Wanted us to wash it and vacuum it and I’ve never had a turo driver ask for that before

Thanks for your feedback. Here in Hawai’i there is abundant opportunity for the cars to be left extremely dirty. We have seen the whole ocean inside the car, sunscreen on surfaces, plant/bird debris caked on the outside, etc. we ask our guests to clean the car only if it has become unreasonably dirty so we can avoid spending hours cleaning. We specify that we don’t expect the car to be detailed. There were multiple spots of spray sunscreen in the vehicle by the way. Thanks!
The Car was clean and ready for a Adventure around Maui. It was a easy pickup and drop off. Will rent again!

Great host. Car drove like a dream met all of our needs during our stay on the island. Great on gas and comfortably fit 4 people. The host was very accommodating as my flight got delayed 3 times.
