Best car you could rent for Maui . People were easy to work with and responsive . Car play listed is for if you plug your phone in but it would only work with older iPhones not a newer one one that is for sure so I’m sure it just needs a software update. Would have just been nice to know ahead of time. Not worth docking a star over but it was annoying having to hold my phone to navigate as the car doesn’t have its own navigation system that works . All in on very happy with it was a good price. Definitely make sure you have a Costco membership or be prepared to get the stick on gas prices. Averages 25 mpg overall including the trip to Hana and we put about 400-450 miles on the car will rent from them again when we come back of possible. Thanks for the car! Mahalo
Can’t thank our house enough the Subaru was absolutely amazing for our trip and did what it needed to do their communication and easy pick up and drop off Would rent again! Mahalo
This car was the perfect choice for us. Perfect amount of space for 2-4 people but compact for easy parking everywhere. The owners were extremely accommodating due to the fact that we were arriving in what was supposed to be a hurricane. We would rent this car again on a future trip.
Car was comfortable and ran smooth. A/C worked great! Owner communicated everything I needed to know before and during reservation. Even when something came up, they responded quickly. Thanks for letting us use your Subaru!
The Crosstrek was a great car the rent for Maui! I usually rent jeeps but I’m beyond pleased that I chose the Crosstrek this time, more comfortable and convenient. Mark was also a wonderful host.
Car was great and rode great and this host was wonderful meeting us and dropping off which was easy and stress free. Hands down way better than a normal rental car company and more selection than one so if you have a chance to rent this car you will be happy with it and yes Subaru start funny and its OK to think different but its a Subaru thing. Im a mechanic and know they start differently than a normal ford or chevy. Aloha and hope to visit again one day......
Great setup. When we had an issue they fixed it and we were in our way. Perfect for exactly what we needed. 10/10 support local business over big car rental companies 🤙🏼
This is our second time renting from Jordan and Hanna. We love that we can pick up and drop off the car right at the airport without any hassle. They are so friendly, and understanding of a what it’s like for a family to rent a car at the beach! Unlimited miles was also great so we could explore more of Maui without worry. We were happy to rent with them again and look forward to renting again in the future.
Very communicative and nice host! The Subaru was the perfect clean car to drive the Road to Hana and throughout Maui. Pick up/Drop off at the airport parking lot made it very easy. Thank you!
Easy pickup and drop off. Loved being able to drive a Subaru around Maui.
Great reliable car, took it just fine up the road to Hāna. Very fuel efficient, we will definitely be renting from John again.
Great car, very comfortable and reliable. Also the handoffs were seamless. Thank you Tam.
