Great experience renting from John! He dropped the car off right at the airport, which made pickup super easy. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip—quick, clear, and helpful. The vehicle itself was very clean and drove smoothly with no issues at all. John was also very friendly and made the whole process feel seamless. He even dropped us off at the airport at the end of our trip, which saved us money on having to get a Lyft or Uber. 10/10, I would definitely rent from John again and highly recommend this vehicle!

The van worked out great for our family and I always got an immediate response in communication.

This car was amazing! Me and 5 others fit very comfortably including our luggage and grocery store runs. The 4WD was super helpful for driving to hiking locations and Road to Hana. The breaks are still a bit shaky and worn, but with appropriate breaking technique this is less noticeable. Overall this was an amazing ride that served us super well for 9 days.

The car was clean and had no mechanical problems. The right side mirror was somewhat foggy but otherwise no issues. The host was responsive, pick up and drop off were easy, rental price was very fair. We had a great trip and would definitely rent from Elizabeth again. FYI: Elizabeth's car is managed by a rental company. The service is good, professional and responsive. I don't know if it makes any difference, but just FYI.

Car was great. What we paid for. Clean. We left it where we picked it up. Clean. Full of gas. The uber to the car location etc is quite cumbersome with bags/kids etc. but happy to do that to support the locals vs rental companies.

We rented Elizabeth's minivan for nearly 2 weeks to show some new guests around Maui. Everything was working on the van and it ran perfectly. I would rent the same van again next year.

This dodge hornet was the perfect car for our Maui trip! It was so clean, smooth to drive, compact enough to explore but good 4 wheel drive for dirt roads. The color is unique and easy to find in the parking lot as well;-)

Thank you, Elizabeth! The car is in great condition and performed well. Drop off and pickup were as easy as could be and Elizabeth was very responsive. I do wish I could give a 4.9 because there is one small difficulty. The van can be really hard to park on Maui. It's just so very large! If you have a big family and/or a lot of gear, this is your car. If like us you are just two people and some small bags, know that there might be some extra stress.

I'm very thankful for this more affordable option. I was disappointed to find the passenger window wouldn't roll down from the passengers side, but for the better price it was still worth it. After I expressed my disappointment over the non-working window, I didn't appreciate getting a call telling me to return the van bc they didn't want to deal with my disappointment. Other than that, very happy and would book again with them.

Aprils van was absolutely perfect for our Maui trip! It was a very smooth drive and very spacious car. The captains seats were great for the kids and I forgot how convenient sliding doors were! Communication was great from pick up to drop off and we would Definitely recommend her service and vehicles!! Thank you!

Rented a blue Dodge Challenger and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were super easy and fast. Daniel and Martin were excellent hosts — very friendly, helpful, and professional. The car was clean, fun to drive, and had absolutely no issues during the rental.
