Very nice people, who are willing to help with issues. Would have been 5stars but the car had more paint damage in person than it shows in the photos and the car doesn’t have all the features you may want (like back up cameras) but overall a nice car and easy responsive to contact for help with issues. I would rent again.

Thanks. That is just clear coat on trunk that we are fixing right now. Maui sun eventually gets to all paint on cars

This was by far the worst Turo experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle was not in an acceptable condition and had multiple roaches inside the car, which made me extremely uncomfortable and impacted my entire trip. When I reported the issue, instead of resolving the situation professionally, the host’s communication felt dismissive and I felt pressured through messages while trying to handle a serious cleanliness concern.
I was instructed by Turo support to leave the vehicle where it was because I did not feel comfortable continuing to drive it. Despite the circumstances, the host still charged me $45 for gas even though I only used approximately a quarter tank, which felt unreasonable and unfair.
A rental vehicle should be clean, safe, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted valuable vacation time, and was not the level of service expected from a Turo host.
I would not recommend renting from this host.

Elydia, I offered you to come and set traps and take care of it or to issue refund. Bugs are common in Hawaii even though we deep clean every trip and set traps every 14 days. I assured you your comfort is my priority. Your claim is a lie. Then you called turo to have my car towed because of bugs without letting me know. This was my worst turo experience as well and rest assured I would not rent you any of my cars again
