Pro: Jin was very responsive and the instructions were clear; the car was quite great. Cons: unlike the pics, the car had a lot of dents and the front bumper was misaligned although these didn’t affect driving; the car was dropped off over 4.5 hrs before our scheduled time, greatly increasing the parking fee we had to pay; we did our cleaning very carefully since otherwise there would be a ridiculous additional cleaning fee of $150; the instructions said if we ran out of time and couldn’t fuel the car we could ask for help but when we did ask we were told to fuel the car anyways. Still thanks for the car but just feel a lot of such things weren’t very smooth

For parking, i offer free airport delivery but on Thursdays I am committed to volunteer work for my church which I had specified to you. I could deliver before or after your specific arrival time. Usually guests prefer before arrival time. I am happy to help refuel for guests but you asked if it was ok to drop car a little under full which i misunderstood. Cleaning fee was only for excessive beach sand as specified.
