A special kudos to the host for being extremely responsive and supportive throughout the rental. We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Would definitely recommend both the Mustang and the host!

Overall great. I would rent from this person again. Owner was professional and responsive. Car was mostly as pictured with minor cosmetic damage in the interior. Pickup was a little confusing as owner has 2 locations (LAX and near her home). Owner should provide a separate number to coordinate at-home pickup as number provided on Turo dialed LAX location. Drop off was a breeze.

The Mustang Mach-E was AMAZING!! So smooth and responsive! CarPlay worked perfectly. Cleanliness was outstanding! The BlueCruise was an experience for sure. Wish I had that on my truck back home! This was my first EV and it exceeded all expectations from both performance and from the hosts upkeep of it. Narek was very responsive when needed. Very nice to work with. Super hospitable.
