Chey was very friendly and clear with instructions. The truck was delivered clean. Overall, outstanding customer service and a reliable rental!

Vehicle itself had a couple of issues, tire pressure and the front passenger seat belt not latching. Created some anxiety and a bit of inconvenience but overall nothing catastrophic. Host seemed helpful and reasonable
