Tesla rental in El Segundo, CA

Nice car, but host did not have the Tesla setup to allow me to login with my Tesla account like other Teslas I’ve rented on Turo. The account the host uses is shared between other Teslas in their fleet, which causes the seat the constantly reset, GPS to show locations other people are using, settings to be constantly changed/modified, and the list goes on. Would not rent again for this specific reason. However, host was very responsive and easy to work with.

This car rental was a very smooth experience. RTE responded quickly to every question I had and the car was clean and well-maintained. In addition, being able to use the Tesla FSD software ("Full Self-Driving") was a great help in LA traffic.

First Tesla experience and wont be my last. James made the pickup experience easy with quick responses. Just follow his directions and you will do just fine! I would rent this car again.

The Tesla was phenomenal! The full self driving was so nice to have in LA traffic, the car was immaculately clean, and the host was very quick and professional to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to rent the car next time we are in town!

What an experience this was to drive a Tesla. I highly recommend everyone to try it once you will never want to drive anything else. As for Monica her communication was spot on and responded quickly to all my questions. The rate was less than the major car rental companies. Thank you, it was one of our highlights of our trip.

Car was good, needs wireless charging pad for phones, but otherwise perfect, range was good if you know how to drive a Tesla I drove to and from Indio just fine, also the car manager is extremely helpful, would rent again!

Amazing host and the best car ever! Everyone visiting California should rent a Tesla with FSD, and Genesis cars is the best host for that!

Leo was extremely responsible and accommodating. As this was my first time using Turo to rent a car, I wasn’t very familiar with the app and ended doing many required tasks at the last minute. Leo patiently guided me throughout the process, leaving me with an excellent first impression. The Cyber truck is such an incredibly cool and amazing vehicle—it’s not practical to own one in NYC, but it’s definitely worth experiencing in California! Overall fantastic experience.

Karapet's Tesla is extremely new. He is a very patient host, and the car is super clean with the full version of FSD. Everything went so smoothly, even though he seems to be a host who just started the car rental business. I strongly suggest he remove the external password lock, as it may scratch the glass—sharing the key via the Tesla app would be much more convenient and hassle-free. Wish him all the best, and I'll definitely rent from him again next time

The car was great, fun to drive, and other than needing my settings to be changed to allow Bluetooth within the Tesla app, pick up was very easy! Thank you for a wonderful ride, I would rent again.
