I had trouble with a different Turo rental, tire had damage and owner was unable to help. So I booked Arsen’s Macan same day and he was super quick and responsive. Sarven was super communicative on both pick up and drop off. As well as the car was amazing to drive! my only complaint is that the car was not totally clean when we picked it up. There was this yogurt stain or something on the back seat but when cleaning the car I was able to get it out. This car had great mileage and looked amazing. Definitely would book with Sarven again!

Thomas is the best!! This was my first time using Turo, so I wasn’t really sure how things would work. Thomas responded to all my questions within minutes and was very understanding. The contactless pick up and drop up made things quick and easy. The car was in great condition and I had a blast driving it. It fit my family of six and had plenty of space for our things. Great Jeep, great owner! Jeffrey and his brother went out of their way to deliver the jeep to the other Embassy Suites location when I didn't pay attention to the addresses. Tony car rental was smooth, amazing addition to my family trip to L.A. Tony helped meet me because he could not pick me up on the LAX airport ground but he made pick up nice and easy. Tony was convenient with pick up and drop off and fast with communication, he checked on me throughout my trip , which I really appreciated and I personally loved the custom interior to the truck. I'll def be using tony again for my rental needs when in California.
