Beautiful luxury SUV that was clean, comfortable, and rode very smoothly. The only issue I experienced was that the driver's side window stopped working during my trip, so it couldn't be rolled down. Other than that, the vehicle performed great. The host was responsive, and overall I had a great rental experience. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

The parking was a bit tough to deal with because of the shuttles, but one that was figured out everything was fantastic. The car was clean and well kept, drove well, and had plenty of space for my family of four with carry-on luggage (2 per person). The hybrid system was FANTASTIC for the high California gas prices, and we averaged a little over 50mpg for the entirety of our trip. We will absolutely use this host again when we plan on coming back to the SoCal coast next summer.
