After a lot of research for our family trip, we decided to use Turo, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Since it was our first trip to the U.S., we were a little nervous about driving long distances and visiting unfamiliar cities, but everything—from booking and communication to pickup, driving, and returning the car—was incredibly easy and convenient. Traveling with my parents made me want everything to go smoothly, and this experience exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was in excellent condition, very clean, and obviously well maintained. The pickup instructions were clear and detailed, so we had no trouble at all. Our host was responsive, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions we had. Their communication and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout the trip. Fantastic experience with this 2025 Honda Pilot! The SUV was spotless, comfortable, and drove like new. It had plenty of space for my family and all of our luggage, making our trip very enjoyable. Car was great! Perfect for a weekend family trip to Santa Monica. Host was very helpful and communicative. Small process to get to Budget Parking for pick up/drop off. Plan accordingly and make sure to take the correct bus! Will rent again.

Beautiful luxury SUV that was clean, comfortable, and rode very smoothly. The only issue I experienced was that the driver's side window stopped working during my trip, so it couldn't be rolled down. Other than that, the vehicle performed great. The host was responsive, and overall I had a great rental experience. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
