One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with renting a car. The amount of compliments and looks I got from everyone was one of the highlights of the trip. The Full Self-Driving technology was absolutely incredible. We drove along the California coast, through busy congested city traffic, active construction zones, and crowded tourist areas, and the system handled everything with impressive confidence and smoothness. It made long drives far more relaxing and enjoyable than I ever expected. The car itself was comfortable, efficient, and a pleasure to drive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. If you’re considering renting a Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving, don’t hesitate. If you’re traveling with a family to Disney or Carnival cruises and need car seats for your kids, you HAVE to pick this vehicle. They did everything to make sure we had a smooth trip. They went over and above to make sure we got to Disney and our carnival cruise, including fighting traffic. They are the best!!

Our trip was amazing. We needed a car with a car seat and a cooler for a family trip to the aquarium. Danny was very accommodating and made checking and checkout very easy. We enjoyed the space of the car since we had our toddler and a lot of bags and even traveling with family was simple.

Overall, I had a good experience and would consider renting from this host again. The car drove great, was smooth, reliable, and the interior was very clean. The only downsides were the late-night pickup and the lockbox, which was a bit of a hassle to access. It was also difficult to take the required photos in the dark, and the exterior of the car was a little dirty when I picked it up. Other than those minor issues, the rental went smoothly, and I’d be happy to rent this vehicle again.

This was my first Turo experience and Will went above and beyond to help make it amazing. The Honda Pilot fit my family of 8 comfortably. We rented it for a week and I was impressed with the communication. Will even included blu ray dvds for the rear entertainment which my kids loved! The price was reasonable and fair. We look forward to renting again in the future as we travel to California often.
