Pickup was awesome - car was waiting in the pickup lane for us right in front of the airport. The car was clean, drove great, fun little ride to zip around in. Drop off was super easy too! Parked in the lot at the airport as instructed and left the keys in the provided lockbox. Received helpful messages and check-ins throughout our stay including a notice that there had been increased theft in the area and to be sure to take our valuables out of the car and lock it. This was my first time using Turo - and I will do it again!!! So much better than the big car rental companies!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with my experience renting this Tesla Model Y! The vehicle was spotless, perfectly maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout our entire trip. The Full Self-Driving technology was absolutely incredible. We drove along the California coast, through busy congested city traffic, active construction zones, and crowded tourist areas, and the system handled everything with impressive confidence and smoothness. It made long drives far more relaxing and enjoyable than I ever expected. The car itself was comfortable, efficient, and a pleasure to drive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
