The Plaid came clean and charged. The host was able to give me a phone key, which hooked up to my tesla app. That makes the car awesome to use when you already have a tesla and are used to not having to use the key card. Picked it up at the airport so no rental counter. Was out here for 8 days and able to use it like my tesla at home (minus the home charger). Will definitely rent from Lenworth the next time I visit California! Perfect smooth rental process
