The pick up was easy, the car was clean, and drop off went smoothly, except for the trunk not closing.
At pick up, we had to pay $20 for parking due to the car being dropped off 5 hours before the scheduled pick up time. That was an unexpected cost, since Turo’s policy states that we are not supposed to pay for airport parking. The owner said I’d be reimbursed for the additional cost, but never was. I was only reimbursed the standard $4, for one hour.
At the end of our trip the trunk hatch was stuck mid way. We had to push it closed. Hopefully, the trunk is fixed by now.

The car was great. Very smooth and easy to drive. The host was quick to respond to messages and the pick-up/drop off location was very easy to get to. Overall great experience!
