Rahim was an awesome host to work with. The handoff was quick and easy, just a few minutes from LAX! The BMW was very clean when I picked it up. It performed wonderfully, from Beverly Hills to Westminster! Audio was great, and the sunroof was an awesome bonus as well! Just a couple takeaways but nothing that bothered me too much. The car had a slight odor of what smelled like smoke from a previous guest. Also during pickup, I had to wait at the lot for about 30 minutes because of a situation that came up for Rahim but he was very commutative through it, things happen! Other than that, overall experience was a plus and I will do business with Rahim again in the future.
