Clean. Pick up was a little confusing. Car wouldn’t let me fill it past 3/4 and I got a fine for that. Bit frustrating.
Sorry the pickup felt confusing for you. Turo provides instructions on how to get to the LAX Budget lot. We also sent detailed pickup instructions at the time of booking. While shuttle wait times can sometimes be longer due to heavy traffic in LAX, the shuttle does continue running and will arrive. Regarding the fuel, we were able to fill the tank completely after your trip without any issue. Because of that, we do not believe the vehicle was the reason the tank couldn't be filled fully.
