The host is great. The car is great. The pickup and dropoff are really challenging. The budget lot shuttles do not run regularly or on a schedule. It took me an hour to pick up the car after leaving the terminal (35 minute shuttle wait) and then I was waiting so long at the budget lot when I dropped off the car I had to call an Uber to take me to the airport. To be clear, this is not the Host’s fault it’s an LAX issue. All 5* for the Host and car. So as long as your expectations are properly set (or LAX gets its act together) it’s all good.
