Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The Mercedes GLE was even better than I expected — incredibly comfortable, very well equipped, clean, and a pleasure to drive. You can really tell the car is well taken care of, and it had everything I could have wanted for a comfortable trip. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and he was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Everything was smooth and easy, and I always felt like I could reach out if I needed anything. I’ve rented quite a few cars through Turo, and this was genuinely one of my best experiences. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car and a fantastic host. Thank you for everything!

Excellent rental experience! The seven-passenger Mercedes van was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. It had plenty of room for passengers and luggage, and the vehicle drove smoothly and felt very safe. All the features worked well, and the interior was in great condition. Unreal experience cruising through Malibu in this convertible Mercedes. One of the best grand touring cars that has sadly been discontinued by Mercedes Benz. You get both comfort and performance wrapped in one luxurious package. Self pick-up and return was a breeze and communication with the host was great. Will definitely be renting this incredible car again!

Great car for my birthday trip I would definitely rent it again and price was extremely fair

The quality of the car was great, from cleanliness, to luxury of the vehicle in order to be the perfect vehicle for a special occasion as well as the quick responses and great personality of the host. The car rental was intended to be a special touch to make the bride and groom stand out on their special day and this car definitely met the standards.

Second hard time with Turo it’s very hard on families had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle that apparently had two drivers not do their stop. Kid was screaming out of control as I found out I didn’t get back to Turo fast enough for a car seat and couldn’t text on plane. I think Turo is very hard on families. Car rental services have better shuttles and can have stocked car seats. Host did his best and car was great. Car was clean. Just need more support than one person can give when have a big family with shuttles and seats etc. I would pay the extra for extra help with a car service company. Also had a cracked windshield on another Turo with insurance and still made me pay for it. Would use another company from now on for family trips
