I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.

The rental process was fantastic from beginning to end. Hytham personally delivered the car and took the time to show me everything I needed to know. I used the car to visit Sequoia National Park and get around LA. Everything worked perfectly, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

All was smooth and exactly as they said it was. Seriously, avoid rental cars at all costs. You drive on an overcrowded shuttle bus to a facility and wait in line. After waiting in line all day for security and customs and delays…. The Turo experience is a breath of fresh air.

I had a lovely time driving this car up and down the coast over a weekend. After getting used to the cars idiosyncrasies like more sensitive brakes vs what I’m used to, It was easy and very enjoyable to drive. Ruzanna was extremely responsive and helpful, especially around some changes I had to make to my reservation. Pickup was fairly smooth once I figured out the right place to go. Had a great experience renting from Eugene. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove very smoothly throughout our entire trip. We did a good amount of driving around Los Angeles, and the ride was reliable and comfortable every time we got on the road. Everything went smoothly from pickup through the end of the rental, and the car was exactly what we needed for our time in California.
