I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.

This is my new favorite way to rent a car and that car the Kia carnival was so spacious so clean it fit all our bags and there was six of us and we still had plenty of room left. I will be telling all my friends about Your establishment and to look up your cars on Turo before they rent from someplace else!
The van and the two car seats were great! It didn’t take long for a shuttle to come by at LAX and go directly to the parking lot, which was pretty close. I’ve rented from others before where I had to wait quite a while at the airport for a specific shuttle to come based on where the vehicle was parked. Even at drop off, it was the same - short wait time to get back to the airport. Huge pro when traveling with 2 small children. Would definitely recommend renting from them!
Picked up vehicle pretty late at night but car was still easy to find, communication with host was great, pickup location felt very safe. Will definitely rent again when coming to LAX
Here’s a polished review you can paste: The host and his team are A1. Pickup was excellent and very smooth. The shuttle from the terminal to the garage was a breeze, and the walk to the parking garage was easy as well. The car was in prestige condition, very clean, and well taken care of. The Kia Carnival Hybrid was excellent for our family of 5. We fit 3 full-size bags, 6 carry-ons, and a stroller with no problem. The van was also great for driving around Los Angeles, and the hybrid system helped save gas while going around town. Highly recommend this host and vehicle!
Migel was an excellent host! From the very beginning, he was friendly, informative, and very detail oriented when it came to both the drop off and pick up process. The car was perfect for my family of six. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. It drove great and was surprisingly fuel efficient, which made our trip even better.
