Amazing experience renting this car on Turo! The car was super clean, smooth to drive, and honestly made our LA trip so much more fun — especially with it being a convertible. Pickup and drop-off were easy, communication was great, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!

This is such a fun car to drive! It was spotless inside and pristine outside. Fully charges in just over 30 minutes, and 30 minutes of charging is included in the rental fee. Lenworth was quickly responsive for a couple of hiccups along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed this vehicle and would rent again.

Brandon is one of the best hosts on the app. Very knowledgeable about the car and flexible with scheduling. Took the time to explain the operation and features of the vehicle. He’s also very meticulous in servicing the car which was in pristine condition and runs like new. Couldn’t recommend more!

Danny was an amazing host from start to finish. Super friendly, available, accommodating, and made everything very easy for me. The Mercedes S550e was incredibly comfortable, smooth to drive, and had great gas mileage as well. You can tell he really cares about making sure everything goes perfectly. I’m visiting from Paris, France, and when I come back to California, I’ll most likely rent this car again. Thanks again Danny!

This has got to be the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The car shows to be available at Long Beach Airport, so we ubered there and the owner tells us it can be “delivered” within 2 hours or we can go to his location for pickup. So to save some time, we ubered to his location to pickup. On the day of return, we scheduled for LAX return, and he sent us a location, which once we arrived he told us we needed to get another uber to our actual terminal since we were late due to the traffic. “There’s no door to door service” they said. We thought there would be a shuttle service or something like a normal rental car company. They even told us “Do your research”. As I promised. I left a 5 star research. But folks, don’t forget to “do your research” and never get a turo if you are actually in a hurry or expecting this to work like a traditional car rental company.
