This was the best car rental experience, best on Turo and regular rental companies. The host provided clear instructions and a video to get from LAX to the parked car via an airport shuttle. The car was parked in a garage with free entry and exit, which made pickup and drop-off completely stress-free. There are no hidden parking fees to worry about and 4 min distance to LAX airport. The car is clean and way better cleaned than my experience with other airport rentals. Do not rent at the regular car rentals we know, use Greg’s cars instead. Getting to the car and in/out will be way easier. I drove from Santa Monica to the Valley every day (and Manhattan Beach which I recommend for a chill posh beach day) and having a hybrid car, I only used half a tank. I will only be renting from Greg in LA
I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.
I had such a great experience renting the Mini Cooper! The car was clean, comfortable, and so much fun to drive. It was the perfect size for getting around the city, while still feeling stylish and surprisingly spacious. The car was in excellent condition and everything worked perfectly. The rental process was smooth and easy, and the communication throughout the rental was great. I would definitely rent this Mini Cooper again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and stylish car!

This is going to be a long amazing review so buckle up. 😂 First of all we had never done Turo, been in a Tesla, or driven a Tesla (well we didn’t drive the Tesla bc it was self driving 😂) So we had an INCREDIBLE experience with all three. Junsu, was WONDERFUL to work with!!! I have to tell you the whole story of what happened to me. I took the Tesla from Los Angeles to Oceanside California. Going there I had no problems. Then……it was one of the scariest days I’ve ever had. I left Oceanside at 12:30 to go back to Los Angeles and at 4:00 somehow I was back in Oceanside. A fire broke out and they closed Highway 5. I was so scared because I couldn’t get any cell service for awhile, the gps wasn’t working for a bit, and the traffic lights were out. I ended up in a neighborhood somewhere and I couldn’t get out. It was all grid locked. It was like I was in a movie. So I called Junsu and wow, he helped me soooooo much!!! He saw that the gps kept rerouting me to highway 5 so he put in another address for me from his phone and got me home!!!! It was supposed to be an hour and a half trip back home and it took me 8 hours. I’ve never been that scared bc I couldn’t find a way to get home. And Junsu HELPED ME SOOOOOO MUCH!! He checked in with me like 5 times to make sure I was ok. Then…..the next day, he helped me again. I went to get the car charged and I was in a very unsafe area downtown close to our hotel (we were at a conference there) so he got me out of there by rerouting me. If I could give him a 20 star review I would!! We are team Tesla….that car was life changing on this trip. We will get one when we buy our next car and Junsu was just the BEST!!!!!! I thought pickup was at LAX but it was slightly further out by the other rental cars. That was ok just not my original understanding. Everything else was pretty seamless.
I absolutely hate 2 doors, my artist loves 2 doors needless to say this car was the icing on the cake for our quick trip. Arkadi had great communication, was accommodating, and very understanding. The car ran and moved smoothly. I was absolutely unprepared for almost $7/gal gas prices in California and although we had to put gas 3 times (filling it from E to full once). For the amount we drove, the speed of the car, and the fact that the vehicle has a eco mode, I was pleasantly pleased overall with the MPG. It takes $120 to fill it. We were in California and spent the vast majority driving around for content. I hope this review is seen in nothing but a positive light. Will for sure be reaching out for future upcoming trips!
