Could not have had a better experience with Erik’s Jeep for our 2 week trip. The vehicle itself was great, clean; and exactly the kind of car you want for a SoCal visit. He was communicative throughout the entire process, especially after Turo changed the policies about the pickup-drop off location during our trip and we had to change the drop off. The price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the vehicle. We would absolutely rent from Erik when we come back next year.

The car was absolutely fantastic — super nice, clean inside and out, and fully fueled when I picked it up. The communication was also excellent and very professional throughout the whole rental process. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Would rent again without hesitation!

Had a great experience with the Ford Mustang! The car was fun to drive, clean, and made our LA trip even more enjoyable. A special kudos to the host for being extremely responsive and supportive throughout the rental. We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Would definitely recommend both the Mustang and the host!

I was staying on vacation for a long duration and I wanted a reliable car ,easy pick up and at a good price and all of the above were met. I am a returning customer with Armen, I knew the car I previously hired from him was also brilliant. I really enjoyed driving the Jeep! Armen is quick and fast at responding if you have any questions. We had an unexpected flight cancellation that changed the times for drop off and he altered the arrangements to make it more smooth during this stressful time when trying to sort out other flights.

Best rental experience I’ve ever had. Check in and out was flexible and smooth! Car was even better!! Convertible was great, vibes were giving 2016 Cali. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip🤗.

I had a lovely time driving this car up and down the coast over a weekend. After getting used to the cars idiosyncrasies like more sensitive brakes vs what I’m used to, It was easy and very enjoyable to drive. Ruzanna was extremely responsive and helpful, especially around some changes I had to make to my reservation. Pickup was fairly smooth once I figured out the right place to go. Car was tidy and in great condition. Thanks Ruzanna!

We had such a great experience renting this car for our California trip! The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Our host was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and gave us fantastic, detailed directions for both picking up and returning the car, which made everything completely stress-free. They even went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the top off and ready for us — the perfect way to start a California trip! The car was exactly what we hoped for, and having such a smooth rental experience genuinely made our trip that much better. Very clear instructions and a good system and also very responsive. Def prefer over car rental companies as skipping the annoying counter like up’s is a huge bonus.

Amazing, fun car, hosted by a responsive, accommodating team. They delivered and picked up the car from my hotel, helped me extend my trip, and always replied within minutes. Way better than any brick & mortar rental agency, I highly recommend!

5* Jackie and staff were amazing. Pickup directly outside airport and even help accommodate a different drop off spot. She responded to multiple messages and staff took calls with any questions. Added a booster seat for child Car- as advertised. Clean 911 convertible. No issues. A blast to drive around LA. Will book with her again on next trip out! 5*

Amazing Jeep Wrangler Rental Experience! I recently rented a Jeep Wrangler for a weekend adventure, and it was absolutely the best decision I made! The vehicle was in excellent condition. The ride was smooth, and the open-air experience with the removable top made the whole trip feel even more exciting and adventurous. Johnson made the rental process was super easy and the staff was friendly and helpful, walking me through all the features of the Jeep before I took off.
