Great car and communication from host. Long process from LAX to wait for shuttle (did not answer phone), get to lot and wait in line to get car checked out and checked in.

The shuttle and lot are run by a third party and are outside our control — it's the only lot we're allowed to park our cars in. I appreciate your patience and will pass along the feedback.

The trip was great and the Bronco was fantastic but on my last night I had an emergency flat tire and needed a towing company. I called turo customer support and turos roadside assistance. They told me the towing company would take the vehicle to the drop off location because the tire would not be able to be fixed before my flight. In the morning. I called the morning of my flight and the towing company told me turo never called and I know that is false. Great car and great host but unfortunate circumstances made the trip stressful.

Just to clarify, roadside assistance is handled directly through Turo's support team, not by us as hosts. We wish we could have stepped in to help, but we're glad it all worked out in the end.
