Amazing, fun car, hosted by a responsive, accommodating team. They delivered and picked up the car from my hotel, helped me extend my trip, and always replied within minutes. Way better than any brick & mortar rental agency, I highly recommend!

Could not have had a better experience with Erik’s Jeep for our 2 week trip. The vehicle itself was great, clean; and exactly the kind of car you want for a SoCal visit. He was communicative throughout the entire process, especially after Turo changed the policies about the pickup-drop off location during our trip and we had to change the drop off. The price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the vehicle. We would absolutely rent from Erik when we come back next year.

The car was absolutely fantastic — super nice, clean inside and out, and fully fueled when I picked it up. The communication was also excellent and very professional throughout the whole rental process. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Would rent again without hesitation!

Had a great experience with the Ford Mustang! The car was fun to drive, clean, and made our LA trip even more enjoyable. A special kudos to the host for being extremely responsive and supportive throughout the rental. We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Would definitely recommend both the Mustang and the host!

This is a beautiful brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler that still has the new car smell. The hosts (Anna / Giorgio) are very kind and polite and clearly tried their best to make to make it a positive experience. A couple of notes, that should not reflect badly on the vehicle or the host. As an international traveller using an eSIM card, I did not have access to a phone or to SMS messaging. I did not expect that I would be required to place a phone call for a shuttle pick up from the airport to access the vehicle in a (too far to walk to) parking lot. This seriously impacted the vehicle pick up process, which was not at all smooth. We stood outside the airport for a while wondering what we should do. (Thankfully the very kind and friendly shuttle driver just so happened to swing by to check to see if there was anyone waiting. This helped to counter balance the very rude parking attendant who claimed he ‘forgot’ the reservation code that the shuttle driver had just given him, while I tried to access the shotty signal connection to find the code again). The side and back windows are also heavily tinted making it hard to see out at night, as well as during the day when the (beautiful but also glaringly bright) California sun demands (polarized) sunglasses.

I was staying on vacation for a long duration and I wanted a reliable car ,easy pick up and at a good price and all of the above were met. I am a returning customer with Armen, I knew the car I previously hired from him was also brilliant. I really enjoyed driving the Jeep! Armen is quick and fast at responding if you have any questions. We had an unexpected flight cancellation that changed the times for drop off and he altered the arrangements to make it more smooth during this stressful time when trying to sort out other flights.

We loved Jesus’s Mustang convertible! Great car, so clean, zero issues! And Jesus was always helpful and responsive. Would love to rent from him again!

Renting this Mustang was honestly one of the highlights of my entire trip to the USA. 🇺🇸🤍 Driving a white convertible Mustang through four different states, across deserts, endless highways and some of the most incredible landscapes I have ever seen, was something I had dreamed about for so long and this car made that dream come true. 🥹😍 The Mustang is absolutely amazing: powerful, fun, comfortable, surprisingly easy to drive and, most importantly, it always made me feel safe, even during very long drives. Driving with the top down, music playing and the American roads stretching out in front of me is a feeling I will never forget. We covered so many miles and experienced so many unforgettable places together, and somehow the car became part of the adventure itself, not just a way to get from one destination to another. Giving the keys back actually felt a little emotional after two weeks and so many memories! The owner was also extremely helpful and available whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for allowing me to live a little piece of my American dream. This Mustang will forever be part of some of the best memories of my life. ❤️🇺🇸🐎 I would absolutely rent it again and recommend it without hesitation!

I had a lovely time driving this car up and down the coast over a weekend. After getting used to the cars idiosyncrasies like more sensitive brakes vs what I’m used to, It was easy and very enjoyable to drive. Ruzanna was extremely responsive and helpful, especially around some changes I had to make to my reservation. Pickup was fairly smooth once I figured out the right place to go. We had such a great experience renting this car for our California trip! The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Our host was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and gave us fantastic, detailed directions for both picking up and returning the car, which made everything completely stress-free. They even went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the top off and ready for us — the perfect way to start a California trip! The car was exactly what we hoped for, and having such a smooth rental experience genuinely made our trip that much better. Very clear instructions and a good system and also very responsive. Def prefer over car rental companies as skipping the annoying counter like up’s is a huge bonus.

The pickup location was super convenient and easy to find. The car was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was super nice, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire trip. Everything was smooth from pickup to drop-off. Absolutely loved it and would definitely rent again! Highly recommend!
