Great van. Easy working with Morcali. Paid 100 for delivery to airport then paid parking to get the car out at LAX. A little unexpected. Asked for seats out, they couldn’t do it. Needed to modify reservation twice and it was easy. Would rent here again.

First time renting with Turo and the host was very accommodating! Had some last minute changes and the host was able to reply and accepting changes to the trip in a timely manner. Pickup/ drop off directions were clear and straightforward. Would rent again if Im ever in the area. Also, the car was great on gas!

The van quality was ok. It didn’t have Apple car play and the trunk wasn’t automatic, but we knew that going into it. It just made things a little more challenging. It was very clean and comfortable for what we needed. Mitch was a great host. He Provided clear instructions for pickup and delivery and was quick to reply when we had questions.

This was an exceptional experience - the host was super responsive and attentive; Honda odyssey minivan exactly what we needed for driving around with family and friends in Southern California. It is a fully equipped car, easy to connect to car play, super safe and easy to drive during our LA trip - with the unexpected LA fires happening that required flexibility and navigation in the city. Minivan was great to use for the trip. Car was clean at pick up. There was a minor communication on which key box, but we were quickly responded to and updated promptly. Good communication throughout on what to expect and instructions. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Car ran smoothly, I didn’t have any issues with it. Host was great, very friendly and communicative. Pick up and drop off location near the airport and was very easy to get to. He even drove me and my daughter to the airport after returning the car. I will definitely rent from them again when I return to California.
