The car was exactly what we needed and got us to and from where we wanted to go.
We were scheduled to take the car at a certain time because we paid $200 to get into Universal Studios early but the owner was late and we ended up not getting to go into the park early. This was non refundable and a huge bummer for my disabled sister, who needed that first hour of less people around. The owner was very nice and apologized.
