I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.

Had a great experience with the Ford Mustang! The car was fun to drive, clean, and made our LA trip even more enjoyable. A special kudos to the host for being extremely responsive and supportive throughout the rental. We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. This rental was perfect for my trip! Car was as described and I enjoyed the high ceilings and great visibility for parallel parking etc. It was a little sandy from the last person’s adventuring when I picked it up, which was perfect for me since I was planning on getting it a little sandy and didn’t want to be stressed:) it’s a casual vehicle, everything works, and I found it super fun to drive. Best of all, the host is a great communicator and super friendly and helpful for anything unexpected that might come up or questions you might have. He is super prompt and coordinates over phone calls mostly so you can have real conversations and avoid slow back and forth. Absolutely best host you could hope for!
