The host was super friendly and accommodating to my last-minute request to get this car on about two hours before start time. I was originally renting with a popular car rental company, and last minute they changed my car to 10 times worse. However, when I booked this BMW, it was amazing. Post was quick to answer anything in the car by the time I arrived in LAX at 8:30 AM mind you, I took this at 6 a.m. and saw my follow-up super quick five-star service and couldn’t ask for anything more.
I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.

Oleg’s Camry was perfect for my trip to LA and my first Turo experience. The reason I decided to Turo is because the last time I rented from one the on-site rental car company at LAX, I waited for multiple hours to pick up my reservation. Whether you’re in town for a short or long stay, no one wants to waste time on that crap. The car was at offsite parking lot. The offsite lot has its own shuttle and the pickup/dropoff process was quick and easy. Remember to tip your drivers, I didn’t have cash but was able to do so via Zelle. Clean interior and exterior. The car is a hybrid, an intentional choice given the current events and gas prices in LA. Smooth ride with quick acceleration, perfect for some of those quick starts when maneuvering some of those freeways (Arroyo Seco!!) Bluetooth didn’t work for me, which was a bit of a pain, but may have been due to my phone settings. I saw other phones still in the system, so they clearly didn’t have issues. This Corvette was absolutely amazing and made our trip to Venice even more memorable. The car was clean, drove really well, and was fun to cruise around in! Aren was incredibly kind, professional, and prompt with communication throughout the rental process. Good option for convenient, last-minute car rental. Location of pick up was a little difficult to find because there are multiple Waterfront Drives (east, west) but with photos of where the car was I was able to find it within a few minutes.
